Ordering & Accounts

Yes. Minimum order requirements may apply depending on product type and shipping thresholds.
Orders can usually be changed or cancelled if they have not yet entered production.
Turn Around Times
Turnaround varies depending on lens type, coatings, and customization. Standard stock lenses are typically faster than digital or specialty lenses. Stock orders are fulfilled within 3 business days, RX and specialty lenses take about 7 business days.
Rush processing may be available depending on product and workload. Contact the lab for availability. Extra fees may apply.
Lenses & Technology
Yes. We offer a range of progressive lenses including standard, digital IOT and freeform, occupational, and personalized designs.
It is an advanced lens calculation system that personalizes progressive lens design based on eye movement and lens position for improved visual performance.
We offer a range of lens coatings from standard hard coat and anti-reflective options through to premium SHMC and Black Ice AR+ systems. Black Ice AR+ and Blue UV420 Black Ice AR+ feature advanced anti-reflective technology, enhanced scratch resistance, hydrophobic and oleophobic protection, with UV420 blue-violet and UV protection for improved digital comfort, clarity, and durability.
Yes. We provide solid tints, gradient tints, fashion tints, and mirror coatings.
Remakes & Warranty
We offer a one-time non-adapt remake on eligible progressive lenses within 90 days of invoice, subject to policy conditions.
Yes. Manufacturing defects are covered for 1 year, including coatings under normal use conditions.
Damage from handling, wear and tear, improper frame condition, or incorrect measurements provided at ordering are not covered.

Frames & Edging
Yes. We provide full edging and mounting services, including semi-rimless, drill mount, grooving, and polishing.
Yes, but we recommend caution as older or fragile frames may carry higher risk during processing.
